(we deal with the technical issues - domain, hosting & e-mail) - We monitor website availability/uptime (fix asap if required)
- We send a monthly detailed report with website statistics

- We send reminder to the client when to pay the domain fees
(from 2nd year, annual extensions costing about €12/year)
(we cannot pay it as the invoice is issued in the client's name) - If client does not take out this service with B Systems
then he has to deal with all the domain, hosting & e-mail problems by himself
